Applications for the Male and Female Divisions of the 2006 MAC's MIDGET HOCKEY TOURNAMENT  are now available on the RECRUITMENT page of the website.

Applicants should download, print, complete and fax    or download, print, complete, scan and email the applictaion to the fax number or email address provided on the application.

The 2006 Edition of the Tournament promises to be one of the best ever.
